“Get a Life, Chloe Brown” by Talia Hibbert is a contemporary romance that follows Chloe Brown, a chronically ill, computer geek who decides to change her life after a near-death experience. She creates a list of goals to help her “get a life,” which includes moving out of her family home, riding a motorbike, and doing something bad. To achieve her goals, she enlists the help of her building’s handyman, Redford “Red” Morgan, a brooding artist. As they work together, sparks fly, and they both confront past traumas and misconceptions about themselves.
